Barn House Studio – Shipping Policy
Where We Ship We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. We offer international shipping on some products and on others by request.
Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times via Australia Post are:
- Victoria: 2–5 business days
- NSW, ACT, SA, QLD: 3–7 business days
- WA, NT, TAS: 5–10 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shop@barnhousestudio.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
